A waiter who is never busy
The diner scans the code on the table and talks, in their own language. Qder Waiter takes the order, checks allergens, splits the bill and tells the shift only what it needs to know.
Qder builds the tools a restaurant works with during service: a digital waiter that talks with every diner in their own language, and screens for the kitchen, the bar and the shift lead that receive what the diner said.
No new POS and no special hardware. The diner pays the restaurant's own payment provider directly.
Works with the payment providers Israeli restaurants already use The diner pays the restaurant directly. We never hold the money and never keep card details.
Each one works on its own, and they all talk to each other: what the diner said at the table reaches the pass, the bar and the shift lead without anyone copying it.

Orders reach the kitchen and bar screens with allergies in red, and the shift lead sees the whole floor. In the browser on any tablet or computer, or in the Qder staff app for Android tablets, paired with a six-digit code from the branch panel.
The shift lead sees every table, every call and every open bill mid-service, with no app to install. The chain sees every branch and edits one menu for all of them.
The talking waiter answers out loud, in real time and in the same language, and sends to the kitchen only after a clear "yes". An add-on the branch switches on, with a monthly cap it sets.
Listening. Speak whenever you like.
Every change to the waiter goes through hundreds of test conversations and is measured for accuracy and safety before it reaches restaurants. The numbers, and what they were measured on, are on the Qder Waiter page.
This is how it looks from the seat of the person eating.
Software that stands in the middle of service has to be predictable. These are the things we do not compromise on.
Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian and more. The diner writes or speaks in their own language, and the staff read it in Hebrew.
The menu screen is translated into six languages from the Hebrew the restaurant wrote, and allergen labels are written by hand in every language.
The diner pays the restaurant's own payment provider directly. We never hold the money and never store card details.
The diner scans and orders in the browser. The shift's panel opens on any phone too.
The chat log is kept without an account id for 90 days, conversations you saved to your account a year after the last message, and you can ask for them not to be kept.
The screens run in a browser on any tablet or computer, or in the Qder staff app for Android tablets. We don't sell hardware.
An order reaches the kitchen only after the diner confirms it, and a menu change made through the business assistant only after the restaurant taps to approve it.
The system is built and run in Israel, and its first language is Hebrew.
What shipped lately, newest first.
Qder is an Israeli software company from Karmiel. It is built and run by one founder, with AI tools doing much of the engineering. That is how we can build fast, and test everything before it reaches a table.
Start from the browser: open an account, upload the menu from a photo, and print the table codes from the panel on any printer.
